Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password. We don't ask for your phone number.
• Order details: the links you submit, quantities and order history.
• Payment records: amounts, status and gateway/transaction references. UPI payments are processed by a payment gateway – we never receive your bank details. Crypto payments are recorded with the on-chain transaction hash.
• Basic technical data: IP address and browser information for security and abuse prevention.

What we don't collect

We never ask for or store passwords, OTPs or 2FA codes for your social media accounts.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver orders, process payments, prevent fraud and provide support. We share order links with delivery partners only as needed to deliver your order.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. If analytics is enabled, it uses its own cookies to measure site usage.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account by contacting support. Payment and order records may be kept where required by law.
