Any UPI app works: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, CRED, your bank's app – if it can pay a UPI request, it works here.
What if the payment goes through but the wallet isn't credited?
This is rare – it happens if a bank delays confirmation. The gateway retries automatically and your wallet will be credited once the bank confirms. If it's been more than an hour, contact support with your UTR number and we'll sort it out.

What if my order is only partly delivered?
If an order is cancelled or marked partial, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet automatically – you don't need to raise a ticket.
How do I pay?

Is my payment information safe?
