By creating an account or placing an order on SMMZO (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SMMZO provides social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views and members, delivered through third-party networks. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Telegram, X, Spotify or any other platform.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You're responsible for the links you submit and must have the right to promote them.
• You must not use SMMZO for illegal content, harassment, hate speech, fraud or to target someone else's account negatively without consent.
• Keep accounts public and unchanged until orders complete.
• You understand that platforms may remove engagement at any time and that buying engagement may be against a platform's own terms. You use the services at your own discretion.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change at any time; the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable – see the refund policy.

4. Delivery

Start times and speeds shown are estimates, not guarantees. We will refund to your wallet any portion we cannot deliver.

5. Accounts

We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, abuse of refunds, or attempts to exploit the system. Balances obtained through fraud will be removed.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We aren't liable for actions taken by third-party platforms on your account.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
