Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
Add money to your SMMZO wallet with any UPI app – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM – or with USDT (TRC20). The balance is credited automatically and you can use it for any service.
Do you need my password?
Never. We only need the public link or username. Anyone asking for your password or OTP is not a genuine service.
Can I order for a private account?
No – the account (and the post) must be public until the order completes, otherwise delivery can't reach it and the order may be cancelled.
Can I cancel an order?
Some services support cancellation – if so, you'll see a Cancel button on the running order. The undelivered amount is refunded to your wallet.
